- Rebus ayam (airnya dibuat menjadi stok ayam).
- Roux : Masukan margarin, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan terigu aduk sampai terigu matang.
- Masukan air kaldu ayam, aduk rata lalu masukan semua potongan sayuran (wortel, jagung, jamur).
- Masukan susu uht dan cooking cream, beri rasa dengan garam, merica, gula pasir, kaldu ayam bubuk.
- Aduk sampai mendidih lalu matikan api.
- Siapkan wadah mangkuk atau mangkuk alumunium foil, masukan soup yg sudah matang kedalam mangkuk, taruh puff pastry diatasnya mangkuk seperti menutup mangkuk, oleskan kuning telur diatas puff pastry beri taburan keju parut dan parsley..
- Panggang didalam oven dengan suhu 150 derajat selama 30 menit.
