  1. Cuci bersih ayam, ungkep ayam, sebentar aja, gak usah pake apa2 (air atwpun bumbu2) utk ngilangi bau amis & lemak2 yg msh nempel, krn saya pake ayam negri, setelah ada air yg keluar dr ayam, tiriskan ayam.
