- Kalo g ada gochujang bisa diganti dgn mix saos sambel,saos tomat dan bubuk cabe.
- Untuk tempura bisa pake atau enggak sesuai selera aja,atau bisa diganti pake rice cake.
- Setelah setengah jam masukkan ayam dlm pan/teflon tambahkan kira2 3/4gelas air sy pake kurleb 200ml,masak dgn api sedang cenderung kecil.
- Setelah 10menit masukkan tempura atau rice cake masak kembali kurleb 15menit pan/teflon ditutup ya.
- Terakhir tambahkan mozzarela cheese tutup lg skitar 5menit matikan api taburi daun bawang dan siap dihidangkan.
- Masaknya jgn lama2 krn kalo kelamaan daging ayamnya malah jd keras,bisa dicicipi untuk tes kematangan ayamnya😀untuk bumbu saus disesuikan sm lidah masing2 aja😊.
